ADDED All new senior schooling import called ‘Subject Offering Results’. This import format includes Unit 1, Unit 2, IA1, IA2 and IA3 totals from QCAA for all general and all applied subjects in two files for each cohort. This should dramatically speed up the process of importing unit and IA totals from QCAA. The first time this imports please ensure that your OneSchool subject codes match the expected codes. The import will show when codes need to be edited on the ‘Settings > ATAR Subjects List’ page. Also note that the IA totals are imported but not the criteria level data. If you still want this you would need to also import the ‘IA Task Assessment’ data
ADDED All new Academic Integrity Completion (AIC) import from QCAA to support monitoring for the new QCE requirement. The date has been added to the list view called “QCAA Enrolment” and the extras tab on the profile page
ADDED New find option in the pink find menu for “No AIC” to find those without a completion date
ADDED Added a new Classmat data option called ‘Survey Text’. This will show the first 20 characters of responses for up to 10 questions. It will be helpful for very short answer surveys
ADDED Added a bunch of new options to the ClassMat data option called ‘selectable notes’. When chosen a second drop down list lets you choose from a bunch of notes fields, tags, social interactions and learning support options
ADDED Added new DDA toggle to the simple list (right edge) and profile page (bottom right) to show the DDA PL Level and category. This will default off each time you restart TrackEd, but can be toggled on when needed
UPDATED The ATAR Subject List has been cleaned up so there are now only one entry per Syllabus document on QCAA. This means many old codes from the OP days have been removed and subject names should match the QCAA names exactly. Please review this page in settings to ensure that your OneSchool codes are present for any subjects that you offer. This will be needed for the new Subject Offering Results import
UPDATED Reformatting of the ‘Settings > ATAR Subject List’ page with new sort orders, colours for learning type and support for up to 4 OneSchool codes per subject
