ADDED All new interactive PDF options for regular A4 student profiles. When saving a PDF or PDF bundles you can now specify if you want to add editable text boxes to the PDFs. Sections like notes, goals & strategies will then be type-able in the PDF. There is also an option to add an email admin button that will email the edited PDF to a set email address. Two important considerations with interactive PDFS are that they take longer to save than regular PDFs and the notes are not printable by default. To print notes on an interactive PDF you must save it as a picture first
ADDED Added interactive PDF options to the bulk email to teachers. We have not enabled interactive PDFs for emails to students and parents, and may or may not yet do this
ADDED All new list view called ‘GPA, Att & Beh trends’. This shows GPA, BPA & EPA for all terms from 7-12, then year, term and 10 weeks of data for both attendance and behaviour. We’ve been dreaming this one up for a while so I hope you like it
ADDED New ‘Progress Check’ option called ‘progress check v2’. This includes some different headings to the v1 version and still works with the interactive option when emailing to teachers
ADDED Added the last import timestamp to the home page with the option to click and see recent imports. This is for better visibility of the import process for those not responsible for imports
UPDATED Added new constrain options to the Behaviour Incident report, enabling you to filter to a single category or strategy. This may assist in showing specific behaviours like ‘non-submits’
