ADDED All new list selection menu sorted by category then alphabetically. As usual the list selection is available on the list page by clicking list again, or by clicking the title of the currently selected list. To help you find your regular lists we added a favourites system, allowing you to heart the lists that are used regularly at your school. With over 40 list views now in TrackEd we think this is much clearer and easier to work with
ADDED All new list view called ‘Absence & Behaviour by Day’ showing absence and behaviour totals for each day of the week for each student. The colour codes help you to see specific absence or behaviour patterns for each student
ADDED All new list view called ‘GPA, EPA & BPA trend’ showing long term trends from Prep to year 12

UPDATED The standard list view now includes sortable columns for ATSI, DDA, ICP, Cust, OOHC, EALD and they are included in the export

UPDATED Added a utility option to tidy up VET qualification settings with no Max points set. This may assist if an incorrect VET import was done previously adding unnecessary Qualification IDs to the settings area
UPDATED Added a utility option to reset YTD attendance values for all students. This may be helpful if you had a warning during import for locked student records
FIXED Rolled back recent changes to the Absence List import for “B” codes “attendance not required” as these were giving unexpected results in some cases. We will work to add the changes again with the necessary fixes in place
FIXED The ‘Unit Results QCAA’ import now always flags imported subjects as year 11/12 to show in senior displays
