IMPORTANT This is quite possibly the biggest single release that we have ever done, including some significant user interface updates with new features and improved functionality. Please read on for more specific details and we hope you enjoy. Please also see the new video with this release that showcases the new design changes. Note that the video training series will be updated in the coming months to match the latest release

ADDED ALL NEW Profile page interface redesign with an all new ‘saved profile combinations’ section. The saved combos feature enables your school to save and name all the profile options that you use regularly for greater simplicity and consistency. We have preset some options and you can manage your own school combinations going forward. The redesign adds the extra space necessary for this feature and also makes the profile page less intimidating as the display options for each profile slice are now one click away

ADDED ALL NEW Reports menu redesign, organising reports into categories and sorting them alphabetically to make them easier to locate. We also added a favourites system so that you can star the reports that you use regularly. This is similar to the recent list selection menu changes that we made in the previous release

ADDED ALL NEW ‘other reports’ option on the home page, enabling any report option to be run without first going to the profile page. Note reports run this way are one cohort at a time

ADDED ALL NEW Datawall options card window adding a new ‘saved datawall options’ menu. This lets you save and name specific datawall combinations that you use regularly. Again, we hope this makes datawalls easier to run and allows for greater consistency across your school

ADDED ALL NEW Profile options including Absences & behaviour by day, Support & engagement, Attendance 0-100, Behaviour Incidents Negative, Behaviour Incidents Positive, Bandscales Historical and Wellbeing Monitoring. Some these are all new, and some are existing ones that were split into two, allowing you to save them in a saved combination. We hope the new options let you better create the combinations of data that you need on a student profile

ADDED Added a list view called ‘GPA Trend, Attendance & behaviour’, which is a combination of two other list views that we took away in the previous release

UPDATED The ‘TrackEd_Photos.fmp12’ database file is now no longer needed. We moved the photos into the main ‘TrackEd.fmp12’ database file and built an update process to move your photos into the new place. This will make it simpler configuring a server and also using an offline copy with the photos included. As we now only save thumbnails of the photos there will be a minimal import on the file size

UPDATED The PDF Bundling ‘staff sharepoint’ feature has been rebadged as ’Staff Folders’ throughout the system. This is a more accurate name for what the feature does and we hope this makes the feature more approachable without the association with sharepoint. The selection options have also been simplified for greater clarity and a sharepoint sync can still be configured as an optional extra step

UPDATED The Staff Folders feature now saves a default path per user, so you can have many people all using the feature at your school. Previously it would save one default path and it would need to be reset each time for multiple people

UPDATED Please note that some profile options and report options have been renamed to better accommodate alphabetical sort orders

Changed the list favourites icon to a star rather than a heart. This new icon is used consistently across the favourite lists, alternative profiles, and reports

UPDATED With the addition of the new ‘Wellbeing monitoring’ profile option we have redesigned the email restrictions automation rules. Previously if an internal note was showing on a profile the bulk email button was disabled entirely. Now if an internal note, the new wellbeing monitoring section or specific staff only alternate profiles are showing it will hide the student and parent email options specifically. This more targeted approach will help as we add new features going forward

UPDATED Restricted access to the new Wellbeing monitoring section so it is not visible with a ‘Restricted Tier 2’ account

UPDATED The Wellbeing monitoring list view now shows student photos when using the ‘extended’ view option

UPDATED 9 per page datawalls now support an A3 option with extra space for notes

UPDATED The Task Assessment one page view has been updated to show up to 8 subjects

UPDATED The Task Assessment 2nd page view now has an additional option to show QISSS at the bottom in place of VET
