IMPORTANT Renamed the two Results imports from Primary and Secondary to By Term and By Semester. You can use either import for Semester 1 (Term 2) or Semester 2 (Term 4). Use the term option for importing the Term 1 or Term 3 result. This change is to support the new primary results import option for term 1 and term 3 below, as the old names no longer described the imports correctly.
ADDED All new ability to import Term 1 and Term 3 results in primary (P-6). This has been a popular request from primary schools, allowing the import of an A-E grade in Term 1 and Term 3 using the ‘Results Template’ Excel format. As there is no off the shelf export format for this data, it does need some data manipulation to get your grades into the template format
ADDED All new primary results views called ‘Subject Result Terms’ to show all terms across 4 years in P-3, 2-5 and 3-6 groupings
ADDED All new list view called A to E Counts All Year. This is a cumulative count of A-E achievement, behaviour and effort results across the whole year for the student’s current year level. For many schools this will be helpful for end of year awards. The pink headings work as a filter, hiding students with specific grades. For example you can hide students with anything less than a C directly on the list page to help with award criteria
ADDED All new list view called A to E Counts by Term. The more detailed cousin of the all year option, this list separates each term result across achievement, behaviour and effort. If your end of year awards only count specific terms, export this list to Excel so you have all the details
ADDED All new profile option called DIBELs 7-8 & NAPLAN in the bottom section of the profile. It lays out ORF, MAZE and Composite scores across the Beginning, Middle and End of Year 7 and Year 8, in the usual DIBELs colours. It carries more DIBELs detail than the profile option in the section above and is based on a school request
ADDED Simple List view “new window” button. This is very helpful when stacking multiple searches, as you can open a list of students in a new window, try a Find Panel ‘expand’ or ‘constrain’ in the new window, and close it to get back to the original list
UPDATED Added support for the new QCIA Achievement codes of Exceeding, Achieving, On Track, Developing and Review
UPDATED Added LIT and NUM subject codes, including AMA and MFS
UPDATED The ‘Reset import queue’ button is now also on the new Import Settings page
