v3.584

ADDED All new streamlined options for updating Unit 3&4 estimates. The “Update U3&4” button on the profile is now a popover with a choice of calculation methods, applied across your current Found Set. Option 1 is great for applied subjects and Option 2 is great for general subjects. There is a ‘both’ option that applies both in the correct order for accurate QCE projections. You’ll find it on “Profile > Senior Schooling”

ADDED All new column options in the ProgressTracker. These are great new additions with more ways to sort and band your cohort in the ProgressTracker List view. New columns include DDA Level and DDA Category, DIBELs Risk Classification and Composite Score, ATAR Eligibility, GPA, EPA and BPA bands, Roll class, plus the Attendance Coach, DDA PL Monitoring and Wellbeing Monitoring key-staff fields. Add the ones you want and set them as your default so they load every time

ADDED DIBELs can now show on ClassMat, TrackMat and the Grid SmartWall. DIBELs results have been added as user fields, so they appear under the student photo on all three report types. DIBELS has also been added as a sort option on ClassMat and a grouping option on the Grid SmartWall. Along with being added to the ProgressTracker as above we are keen to keep adding DIBELs data where you need it

ADDED Build a SmartWall grouped by your tags. The Grid SmartWall can now lay students out by tag. Turn on “group by tag” and choose which tags to include (multi-select), with a different set available on each axis so you can build a grid of one tag set against another. Each student is placed once, and if anyone falls into more than one selected tag you get a quick warning so nobody is missed. These will work well for category groups and case management groups and should make SmartWall even more helpful

ADDED Two new Progress Check alternative profiles: Progress Check v4 and Support Check. Includes two new full-page A4 layouts join the progress check family. Each arranges a different combination of columns for a different use case, so you can reach for the one that fits the conversation you are having. You’ll find them alongside the existing progress checks on the Profile page

ADDED Assignable colours for DDA levels. You can now set a colour for each DDA Personalised Learning level, from Extensive+ through to Differentiated, so DDA reads at a glance wherever it appears. This gives more granular detail than the older all of nothing “DDA” option

ADDED Clear old Import Log entries. A new utility trims old entries from the Import Log to keep it fast to load. You’ll find it under “Settings > Utilities > Cleanup import log”. We recommend using this if the import page or settings import log pages are slow to load

ADDED LUI on the Results Template export. The Results Template export now carries LUI at the right edge, handy for lookups from senior Markbooks that key on LUI rather than EQID

UPDATED Editable ClassMat conversation labels. Every label in the Data Conversations ClassMat centre is now editable under “Settings > ClassMat Labels”. Previously only some column headers were editable

UPDATED Absence List import leaves your attendance figures alone. If you have moved to the new Attendance Package percentage import (Daymap or IDAttend) for Year to Date and Term attendance, the Absence List import will no longer overwrite those figures. Turn it on with the “Attendance Pkg % import format” setting

UPDATED IDAttend and Daymap import instructions. Once you have chosen your attendance package in Settings under the attendance banner, a new import button (IDAttend or Daymap, to match your choice) appears on the Import page, with setup instructions listed right beside it. This import was added last version and allows you to import year and term percentages that match your attendance package exactly

FIXED Record of Contact import updated. After a OneSchool format change of the Record of Contact file. This release reads the new format, so update TrackEd to at least this version to import Record of Contact data

FIXED Import Log now sorts reliably. The import page and the Import Log again show your most recent imports at the top

FIXED Clearer DIBELs import errors. If the old DIBELs spreadsheet template is used instead of the OneSchool-derived one, the import now stops with a clear message

FIXED Task Assessment view. Fixed a display issue affecting dimensions 4 to 6 in Applied subjects
