Enrolment Survey

Added in 2024, this allows you to create a Microsoft Forms survey with 13 questions and fill out some of the enrolment interview profile. It does require either the student to authenticate with an EQ login, or for you to later add an EQ email address to the excel output from forms. It also requires Microsoft Forms to work.

Step 1: Create a new forms survey with up to 13 questions. On import these will be mapped to the below locations on the enrolment interview profile. You can label the questions however you like and you change the labels in TrackEd too

Step 2: Get responses to the survey

Step 3: Save the responses to excel from Forms. It should look like this..

Step 4: Import using the Enrolment Survey import in the data collection tab. It matches via student MIS in column D, so this may need manual entry if you have used an anonymous survey in forms.
