The PDF Bundle button opens a popout where you can select a group of students to bundle based on a number of different criteria. The profiles of members of the selected set will then be bundled into a single pdf document. When created, the bundle will be placed in the TrackEd_Docs folder.
PDF Bundles can be created by subject, class IDs, or for a group of class IDs. These options can be based on past subject results, or the students’ current timetable.
Additionally, there is a “Single Student” option that creates a separate file for each student in the selected cohort. This collection of files can be placed directly in the TrackEd_Docs folder, or you can create a subfolder within TrackEd_Docs and specify the subfolder by name.
Before beginning the PDF Bundle creation, be sure that you have the Profile page configured as you’d like it to appear in the bundles. The data displayed when the bundle creation is started is what will appear in the bundle. You will also have the option to include or not include the student photos on the Profile page in your pdfs. Excluding the photos will make the pdfs smaller.
